This second floor flat on Wimbledon Park Road (Above Fara Kids charity shop) is in a very good location but is rather old and rough around the edges. It was originally built back in the 70s and has two double bedrooms, a large lounge/dining area, galley kitchen, bathroom and small wc. It could certainly do with being redecorated and the bathroom is in a bit of a state, with particular issues with black mold. Although it's been painted over for reletting purposes, the mold problem hasn't been dealt with at all. At £1500 per month, you can get a more modern 2 bedroom flat elsewhere in the same area. This property is currently being advertised by Haart Estate Agents in Southfields.
