178 Coronation Ave is a good property. It is well furnished and well maintained. The property is easy to clean and has a nice tiled bathroom. It is located on the number 1 bus route making it easy to get in and out of town. I would recommend this property. It would be great if the property were easier to heat in the winter months, though.

Property was well furnished, bright and open. For a student house this was awesome. Only complaint was because it’s an old house - in the winter it was difficult to heat.
