The property was really good. Having two bathrooms was a big plus, and the driveway was very large. You could probably squeeze five cars in if you wanted. There was a small garden that worked perfectly for barbecues, and the furnishings were nice, especially the sofa. The location was also great, with a flat cycle to the university, and overall the place was quite affordable for what it offered.
