Property was below average, rats running around the garden, rear garden area full of weeds and flooded when it rains, ould seems to be appearing quite alot in all rooms, smell of damp was prominent too. A phone call to report and issues lead to being asked to send an email into the letting agents, which never got anywhere. A lack of compassion from an untrustworthy Landlord.
