The property is in a convenient location with good access to local amenities and transport.
However, during my tenancy I experienced maintenance and condition issues. At the end of the tenancy, there was also a dispute regarding the property's condition and proposed deposit deductions. An independent mydeposits ADR adjudication ultimately awarded me £1,567 out of my £1,615 deposit, with only £48 awarded to the landlord.
I would strongly recommend that future tenants take comprehensive dated photographs at both check-in and check-out, particularly inside cupboards, behind furniture and of all safety equipment. Keeping clear records throughout the tenancy can be invaluable if any dispute arises.
