My room was extremely damp and moudly.

Poor management by the landlord, problems with the house that have obviously been around for a while are blamed on the current tenants. Problems with the electricity, hot water and security locks.

From Duct Tape on the Carpets to holes and random screws in the walls to Damp in the ceiling, if it's a repair on the property, you can be sure it's been neglected and added to the landlords ever-increasing 'list' of repairs he'll never make regardless of how often you complain. Even the very basics of maintainence seem a completely foreign in this household and things that are 'repaired' often end up held together with nothing more than luck and the bare minimum of expenditure possible, as God forbid any of that rent-money be invested back into the property.

The house is well presented and has spacious living areas. However, the heating is no where near sufficient to keep the whole property warm so you are often found wearing unwanted layers whilst your inside.
