The property was small, clean and warm. Not much storage and not much room to move around in the kitchen, but for my purpose, it was great. It was inexpensive to run the house hold. Bins were a problem on that road, in the sense that the kitchen was too small to carry a wheelie bin through, so the wheelie bin had to be left at the front of the property.
