It's a nice enough property, Elliot Oliver miss-sold the property to me and I wasn't happy at the fraudulence of the sales process but the house is ok, things are falling off the walls and the bits and bobs are falling apart, but on the bright side Elliot Oliver will try and charge you for all wear and tear no matter how frivolous

The property was ok, although I was told I could use the attic of the property and on the first inspection was then berated for using the attic. I was miss-sold the property.

The extractor hood fell off the wall whilst I was working away for a week. Elliot Oliver tried to charge me for their negligence labelling it as "malicious damage"
