Overall:
Flat contains 3 types of sockets most of which do not work, that means you won't be able to plug your kitchen technics, ironing is a separate problem. All wiring is obscure and doesn't work as you expect it. The only lights that work in this flat are at the ceiling of kitchen, and those are the worst office daylight lamps, terribly cold lights.
This is a roof top flat and sometimes drain get clogged and water goes into the house then.
Bathroom:
Terrible! I had mushrooms growing on the wall. Shower doesn't have any pressure and you cannot control cold and warm water, so you'll have to shower either in ice cold water either in boiling hot.
Living room/Kitchen:
Terrible. Kitchen is falling apart. Landlord was renovating it himself and he has no skill. Washing machine is the cheapest possible, I'd recommend to use laundromat if you care about your clothes.
Bedroom:
Bedroom is nice. But bed frame and mattress are cheapest possible.
