Basement and attic rooms were very cold but the rest of the house was warm. Mould in some of the rooms and the roof leaked. Had a handy garden space out the back for drying washing and the kitchen had lots of storage. Could hear the neighbours through the walls, especially in their bathroom. Sofas were comfy.
