The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom , lounge, dining room, kitchen, outhouse, toilet. Every single room has mould somewhere, some worse than others. When ever any plumbing work needs doing you will wait a longgggg time. It took a year and a half just have a £7 piece fitted on my upstairs toilet. From a plumber, it turns out, isn'the rven registered! The last straw has been my whole family suffering with carbon monoxide poisoning and then being left with no working boiler through winter whilst I have children. No hot water and heating, then given two months notice to leave the property when I complained about it....
Definitely a landlord to be avoided!
