The house was left with a hole in the roof and no electrics upstairs and with the only running tap in the bathroom this wasn't fixed for months ...with a promise it would be fixed, and then a promise if we got a new boiler (as my mum is unwell she gets benefits which entitles her to a new boiler) he would replace the kitchen which he did not do. My mum was left no choice but to move out as she was freezing cold and then he said she owed him money and when I checked the accounts she has overpaid him over 1500 for a damaged property
