Property was both filthy and moldy on arrival and we were missing furniture. One of the beds was moldy and it took the landlords a week to replace it. Paint was flaking off the ceiling in the bathroom. Our smoke alarm was hanging off the ceiling. Most issues were sorted (although we had to deep clean the property ourselves) and the property generally is quite nice.
