The house was perfectly acceptable for five students and had ample room in 4 out of 5 bedrooms, with the only exception being the small bedroom upstairs which the tenant struggled to store everything in. The location was close to Moorland Road, Lidl, One Stop, and bus stops so decent.

Terribly dirty when we moved in. Mould on curtains and window ledges. Ceiling fell through when we moved in and landlord pressured us to have to move in with this damage as we had nowhere else to go. No compensation provided for this. Also expected it to be spotless when we left.
