5 rooms, the upstairs front rooms used to be one room which is now split into two so they are on the small side. The conservatory has been really useful for drying our laundry and storage. Some rooms smell a little damp and I required a dehumidifier. I think this is mainly due to poor central heating so the house is cold in the winter. Overall clean and functions well.
