The house has great potential with good sized rooms which has not been utilised. The furniture is aged, worn and in desperate need of an upgrade. The windows are single glazed and ventilation is poor leaving the property prone to mold, despite our best efforts to prevent this. The kitchen has all necessary appliances but is small with insufficient storage for five tenants. The property was advertised with crockery etc included but this had clearly just been left by previous tenants and was in a disgusting and unusable condition. The bathrooms are nice, particularly the downstairs one, although the showers are weak. The gardens could be great outdoor spaces, but these have not been looked after and are not usable.
