The fittings are nice - good shower, nice kitchen, all the white goods - washer-dryer, dishwasher, big fridge etc. Felt like some things were missing - for instance there isn’t a table to eat at. In the one bed she you get a very short coffee table, and then a desk in the bedroom. There is nowhere for two people to sit and have a meal so you end up having to put more furniture in the “fully furnished” flat even though there isn’t really space for it. The amount of space in the bedroom is ok if you don’t have much stuff but we needed a lot more storage so once you’ve added more furniture it is cramped. It would be enough space for a single person to live there but the rent is far too much for a one bed flat if it’s not shared between two people. For the price (about £800pcm when we lived there) you could rent a much better place.
