The 5 bed flat was old and relatively well maintained. However, mould was frequent in 3 of the bedrooms, the bathroom and the lounge with severe damp patches on walls and around windows. Windows were old-fashioned single glazed and not well fitted into frames, creating damp and bad insulation.
