The flat is in unhealthy conditions to live and shabby: humidity on the walls and floor (we get slugs in the kitchen and living room), very hard to ventilate due to the distribution of the rooms and being in a ground floor.
The toilet hasn't got a window and the vent isn't working.
The WC is not properly attached to the wall and sometimes licks; the flushing isn’t working properly either.
All the taps in the house are too small and old to rinse a dinner plate properly, impossible a pan/pot. The ones in the toilet too.
The window in the bedroom doesn’t isolate from the noise of the street.
