Property is in dire need of renovations, floorboards are coming up, windows don't close and worst of all it has a never-ending black mould issue in both bedrooms’ rooms and the bathroom. In many places the mould has just been painted over by the cheapest chalk paint I've ever come across in my life, brushing anything past a wall with result in the time being marks.
Oven and fridge were not operational upon moving in and took over 3 months to be replaced.
There is a leak in the kitchen roof that occurred for 3 month and caused the ceiling to fall through. Leak is still there, and landlord has just plastered over it again.
Balcony floods because it has no drainage.
The north side of the flat receives almost no sunlight and is always dark and dingy.
Flat was also totally filthy when we first moved in even though the landlord had charged a cleaning fee.
