Great living space and two entrances to property. House was very badly insulated and had slugs and woodlice coming in through the front door most nights. A little outdated inside, but you are allowed to pin things to wall (no bluetac allowed) so making it your own is easy.

Neighbours on the left are also students and to the right are a family. Can buy a parking permit but that doesnt promise you a space.
