Mmmm i did get on extremely well with landlord and his wife and child.
The boiler shut down for a few days in winter and he tried to.sort it out asap. Offered to buy me a heater.
Double glazing handle broke off and he fixed it when he was available but i was in no rush. Garage door lock replaced when he.could.
Seemed fair until i moved out and forgot to put the light bulbs back in the lights so he wants to charge75pounds for putting them back in. Apparently there is 2 missing which i can assure you i did not take any light bulbs ha ha so pathetic.
I even was told to re paint a wall that i had painted (in the same colour) as there was scuff marks. The fact that i had to paint it myself i moved in as it was minging then says it all. So he wants to charge me£25 for that!!
I painted the whole house for them. And did touch ups weekly lol penny punching comes to mind.

Didn't have much to do with agency but they were generally equipped with modern software and did the job asked of their client (my landlord)
They do ask you to hold a massive cardboard cut out key with their Eden may logo on whilst having your photo taken to go on their website. Very patronising and i didn't strike a pose much to her dismay.

Saught after area as clean and away from the busy grotty town.
Quite a small house. 2 beds. Small bathroom. Lounge no dining room. Kitchen. Nice garden. Nothing special. Great garage and driveway for 2 cars.
Tired house. I had to repaint it all. Needs new carpets throughout as very worn, stained and ugly. Kitchen lamimate wood flooring is separating and marked. Kitchen tiles old fashioned. Cooker old but works. Garden fence knackered and breaking away.
Generally needs updating and modernising but cute little house if you don't mind paying through the nose for not very good decor and furnishings. I.e curtain poles came away from the walls within the first couple of weeks. I did tell landlord but nothing happened. Although i could of reminded him but i chose not to bother him.

It's not very sound proof. You will hear next doors tv, radio, them talking on the phone. Their dog barking and then constantly slamming doors from 730am to 11pm daily.

Situated in a quieter safer part of town but opposite a playing field where all the locals take their dogs to do their poo's and have a walk. Not nice seeing it all day from your lounge. Also dogs fighting and barking. Including next doors dog.
When the football is on everyone parks all over the place and you can hear the match and even footballers swearing sometimes. Kids can hang out here at.night.
But i felt safe and it is a nice area.
