Landlord wanted to sell the property and asked if I wanted to buy it. Others were leaving the area too (dont know why). I had to move out, but there was a dispute about the deposit and as we argued over it, they eventually settled 50/50, but there was no need for it. Just ruined the whole experience. Something landlords and agents seem to do - destroy good memories with a horrible ending
