I have never had such an experience with a landlord or neighbour before and hope never to experience such behaviour from another human being again...

Good communication throughout tenancy. Attentive, friendly and apologetic...
No complaints about them but for the problem that they can’t disclose the landlords address prior to agreement...

Very close to shops and bus routes. Haywards Heath.
