Letting agents were generally really good, polite/helpful/responsive with repairs. Could have told us about the heating issues but I don't think they were aware/understood. Agreed to a negotiated rent reduction before signing contract. One of my better letting agency experiences.

2-bed flat. In decent condition overall, but incredibly expensive to heat for a new build (wet electric underfloor heating - worst possible EPC rating). A lot of things breaking down and repairs needed though. Not the best-built development.
