Unfortunately, deceitful and latterly unhelpful landlords who dealt with small issues like sticking doors and painting the shed in a good and timely manner, but would not insulate the house to basic standard.

Spacious garden, shed and woodshed, and ample parking. Lower council tax as works with a septic tank. Spacious, damp and mouldy house oct- spring. Woodburning stove caused possibly carbon monoxide event during tenancy. Expensive electrical heating. EPC G at time of tenancy and only disclosed 10 months into tenancy. No efforts made to complete insulation promised at start of tenancy. Mice in roof.

Beautiful location, surrounded by fields. Neighbours pleasant and amiable. Good views. Occasional smell from sewage plant across the road.
