Lying, abusive, and very scary. Moved in room dirty, full of her broken furniture and not set up for use. Was empathetic as she's pensioner and said it was her first time with lodger (this turns out to be a lie) Two weeks into 3 month minimum term was told she'd given a guy permission to access and use my bed. Two days later she wants me to move out. I needed to stay until end of 3 months as just moved to area and working full time she threatened me with homelessness almost daily, came into my room in the middle of the night without permission, pushed me and locked me in the dining room, threw my food on the floor, screamed in my face and more. Horrendous situation and terrifyingly delusion landlord. Involved the council as was genuinely scared she was going to physically assault me more and put blame on my as she is an older lady so needed to tell council and copy her in to try and stop her behaviour getting increasingly violent and victimising

The house is very dirty but has bathroom and loo. I was supposed to be able to also use kitchen and dining room, but wasn't given space to store food and she's told me she's deducting money from deposit for using kitchen equipment although in agreement can, and I wasn't allowed to bring any of my kit into the house. Untrained dog that wees on carpets and leaves faeces all over garden and cries for no reason if landlord is out.
