Really really unfair. They charged over a 1200 pounds to repaint the whole house when we left for minor wear and tear. Absoutley ripped us off and her husband is a builder so I wonder where that money went.

Rooms were good quality. Nice modern kitchen. But noisy. The walls aren't that thick so we heard the road constantly and the neighbours arguing.

Neighbours are awful. Shout, scream and argue most nights which keeps us up. We had to call the police one night the arguing was so bad and went on for so long. Pretty sure they're council tenants.
