A gate broke after 4 months and wasnt repaired until just before the first viewing prior to leaving the property, refused to entertain the idea of installing any type of shower in the family bathroom despite 2 adults living there, rarely replied to questions regarding an electric vehicle charger we had installed

Small rooms, boiler breaks down non stop requiring attention, paper thin walls, no insulation meaning heat just passes through like cardboard heating the house in the summer and not cooling until 4am, dishawasher barely worked, had holes in the utensils holder and the seal leaked causing a higher water bill.

Loud, noisey and full of children, which is fine if you arent pent up like chickens. Had people staring into the front room as they were walking past at night, burglarys too at several other properties.
