Lady was very passive aggressive, agency and her were so unprofessional. She was coming to the property without letting us know, coming to the garden without announcing herself.she even try to come in to my apartment while I was in the shower. After renting 4 years from her we complained about her behaviour and the way we were treated. After that all we’ve got is notice that we have to leave in two months period..I’ve never met anyone like her such a vile person.

Leak from fan extractor which smells on urine , she never fixed it . Problems with gas leak also took few months to fix it and only was fixed because i called emergency and they put notice on the boiler.
