The landlord was extremly decitful and dishonest. He denied having conversations and agreements that we had come to if he found later on that the agreement did not suite him.

The staff at the agency were disorganised and unprofessional. They did not put anything in writing and were very bad aty managing the properties in the block.

Property was nice decorated but it was very claustrophobic due to no balcony and very small accomodation

Whilst a tenant in this property I witnessed two murders and numerous incidents of anti social behaviour. The two flats beneath me were used a brothel on numerous occassions. People came and went in the property so you never knew who your neighbour was. When I approached the agents about the brothels they did nothing to resolve the situation.
