Letting agency extremely unresponsive. it took multiple emails and calls over a number of months before they responded to issues with leaks in the shower and washing machine. Even after that, the repairman failed to turn up at the agreed date and time multiple times, and the repairs, when done at all, were done poorly and in a shoddy manner. As a result there is a severe and pervasive mould issue in the property. Letting agent also let themselves into the flat on several occasions without prior arrangement.
