Great fella. Super friendly, respectful and very understanding. When something in the house needed to be fixed, changed, or replaced, he was always there. Never charged extra for repairs or replacements. When I paid my rent weeks later, he never got angry or frustrated. He respected our culture, eg took off his shoes when we asked him to do so.

When the boiler downstairs in the kitchen starts to work, the noise in the bigger bedroom upstairs wakes me up when I am asleep. I hated that. The boiler, the washing machine and the oven need to be changed. The two fridges are too small; I had to buy a big one to fit in the saucepans. Otherwise, nice house.

Very peaceful, and we had no problem at all. They invited me for a coffee, and I visited my neighbour tens of times. When I had guests, they offered their parking place to me. They are a lovely bunch of people.
