We had various issues when things went wrong.
The Landlady often sent her husband to perform repairs, despite him clearly lacking the required skills. He also got quite defensive when questioned about a boiler certificate
When sold the tenancy by the Landlady's daughter she never mentioned the property belonged to her mother. I believe this is a legal requirement
