Hide behind Finders Keepers, avoids repairs and doesn’t do them properly. Worst of the worst.

Moved in during COVID so extent of poor condition unclear, arrived to a flat that wasn’t cleaned with a rotting bathroom wall and mould. Other issues included a broken extractor fan, windows that weren’t sealed and caused damp, broken radiators with a handyman remarking that the landlady chose the cheapest, nastiest options available. To top it off, the boiler exploded and we are waiting for a new to be fitted after she spurned the more expensive but quicker to fit option. Stay away from her and the woeful Finders Keepers who do not communicate and dally on every decision unless you’re lucky to get a good person who actually does their job.
