Incredibly obtrusive, would message me on Facebook for responses to things! Would come into the restaurant I worked in and spend our rent money the same day we sent it in. Owned the house across the road as well, has a bit of a monopoly in Carmarthen due to a lot of students needing housing and it being easy money. Rude in emails, didn't know who was living where and charged the wrong people for things upon exit.

Barely heard from them, any maintenance issues we had to go through the landlord.

Property was done very cheaply - shower in middle floor didn't work or drain properly, exposed wiring in the kitchen, hidden trash in the understairs cupboard when we moved in.

Nice little spot, parking a bit tight but fine. Neighbours on the one side a bit of a pain. Easy to get to from university campus.
