Landlord rating
The landlord would try his best however there were a lot of issues with the property and he would bring different engineers and builders to fix things repeatedly. He would not get the underfloor heating replaced as he didn’t want to spend the money. We were their for 3 years and most off the time we had no heating in the property.

Property rating
Property is in poor condition especially the under floor heating -downstairs, it hardly ever worked and the winter months were the most difficult. Several people reviewed heating and advised landlord to replace it but unfortunately he wouldn’t and just kept on repairing the heating which would continuously fail.
