Threatened me when taking him to court to force repairs. Didnt carry out any repairs and attempted a false insurance claim once we moved out.

Bad condition. Landlord had painted over mould, botched repaired radiators and had toilets not operating correctly.
Ended up having preston council and courts involved. Landlord still did not fixed, got awarded £5000 costs in court for compensation.
