Never met him directly but my partner had on a couple of occasions. Not very quick at responding to issues, we had a faulty shower for about 6 months till it was repaired. He would turn up in the back garden unannounced in the morning to cut grass, breaching tenancy agreement. Beware of this landlord.

Unhelpful to say the least. Its quite apparent they side with the landlord. Thier post occupancy report is grossly overeggarated and did not correlate with the supporting photos. Beware!

Nice looking 3bed property, semi detached small rear garden, even smaller front garden. Garage at rear and drive with enough space for 2 maybe 3 cars.

Area ok, new build houses. No issues with youngsters hanging around etc. Clean cut gardens, hardly any litter around. All in all quite a nice area tbh.
