The worst land lord I have ever had.

Lived here for over 2 years. He's never repaired anything. Whenever I've asked him to repair something, he has gone out of his way to be difficult, doesn't turn up when he says he will and gets very aggressive when you ask him why. Excells in ignoring your emails, phone calls or texts.
Thinks the law doesn't apply to him.

Will do anything he can to keep your deposit, would recommend that you get proof in writing of everything you've asked for, due to this.

Is just a throughly unpleasant so called person.

The property itself is not in bad shape - except for the bathroom light not working and live electrical wires hanging from the kitchen ceiling.
2 bedrooms, one bathroom, open plan living room and kitchen.

Communial garden, which number 69 thinks is theirs alone.
