Awful Landlord, only interested in collecting the rent. Did not want to maintain the property at all, 3 months from exiting the property and I still don't have my deposit back as they are trying to get me to pay for problems that existed before I moved in. Local agencies won't touch them, 4 different tenants in the last 4 years should tell you something. Completely unreasonable, STAY AWAY!!!

The Letting Agent made it clear they worked for the Landlord and would not even attempt to push the Landlord to be reasonable when it was clear they were not,. Letting Agents encourage bad Landlords by keeping them on their books. If bad Landlords were refused representation by Letting Agents and given a code of conduct to stick to it would keep them in check!

The Property was in need of maintenance when we moved in.
Unfortunately it wasn't clear when we viewed the property because it was things like leaking taps and shower screens etc. When we reported things to the Landlord they would tell us it couldn't be fixed or they would drag their heels and then do it the cheapest, shoddiest way possible.

Lovely neighbourhood, next to the Police Station and the other next door neighbours were lovely. Small cul de sac just on the edge of the small market town centre. Quiet and peaceful while still being central and convenient.
