I had recorded our conversations with them after reading other reviews that they lied with impunity. Sure enough they lied, so I had told them I had the recorded voice of their lie they said they would sue me for defamation and threats. According to their 'partner', the fact that there is still recorded data of them lying does not mean that they lied. From the point of view of civil law, it is very interesting. Their behaviour is probably because they know that it is difficult for international students to attend England court proceedings to complain from their home country after returning home.

Took 5 weeks to address problems they deemed themselves as urgent. Multiple visits into the office in person was required to get any action taken. Security deposit returned 2 and a half months late, with claims that it had been posted blaming Royal Mail then later confessions that they'd misplaced it and still had it in the office with no real excuse. Despicable service.
