When attending the office to put down the holding deposit they took our money and then threw upon us more fees that would need to be paid before moving in, such as a damage deposit and a months rent. This came to over £1000. Since moving into the property there has been a huge lack of communication, we have not even been informed who our landlord is if we wanted to contact them and any contact with them takes weeks to go through or to be answered. When new people came to view the house they would leave the doors unlocked when all residents were out of the house and left windows on the bottom floor open also.
