Not very responsive in terms of slight issues with house, but when there was major issues they tended to be relatively helpful!

Very slow service with mixed messages, when we first moved in not all rooms had keys. On reporting problems we would be told issues would be fixed rapidly but nothing would happen. Different members of staff would tell different clearly fictional stories about repairs. Waited weeks- months for fix of leak in kitchen ceiling which then developed damp, new kitchen chairs, washing machine broke. Despite leaving property considerably cleaner than received it charges in deposit were made for cleaning which and repairs which had been raised as issues on moving in. Only through our very thorough record keeping were we able to dispute all charges.

Originally signed a contract only to find 2 days later someone else had already signed one for the house so we couldn't have it. Shouldve been a warning sign but chose another house with them instead. Moved in to find multiple issues including a horrendously mouldy fridge freezer and took 2 months before they were all sorted. Fire alarm broke in the first week and took them months to send someone to fix it. Smaller maintenance issues normally took around a week to be fixed if they even were fixed at all. Would often show up for house viewings without giving any advance notice (showed up at 9am once without telling us they were). Took 2 months to sort out our deposit at the end of the tenancy as they tried charging us for issues the previous tenants left, and then a further 2-3 months to return everyone's deposits.

Little issue with the agency. Bit of a split between how quickly they come to sort things/complaints we have. On occasions they have come the same day to fix things, on the other hand it took us several weeks to get a new microwave and other issues we've complained about are yet to be resolved. No issue regarding deposits or money matters thankfully!
