I would give them zero stars if I could. They have lied to me, fobbed me off, and let a contractor into my home when I wasn't there without telling me. They have failed to remove waste from around the property, or fix a broken gate, that I reported in September, and to deal with an issue with the bins I told them about nearly a month ago. I'm paying a great deal of money for a flat and I'd expect it, as an absolute minimum, to be clean and secure. It is neither. This is my worst experience of dealing with a letting agent, even my years in shoddy student housing weren't this much trouble, and I would recommend you avoid dealing with them.

The Manager Savio and agent Rinki seemed friendly initially, until I shared pictures of the condition of the property via email. Instead of apologising or having the place cleaned up they continued to defend themselves. I vacated the property at the end of 6 months and suggested that the "professional cleaning" charges be waived since I had left the property in a better condition than when I had moved in. They refused and blocked the release of my deposit until I paid the charges.
