My partner & I have rented in London without issues since 2008, but our experience with Tessa Lang was nothing short of shocking. There were countless rude encounters and her tone is condescending. Expect to be treated like a cash machine & say goodbye to your deposit, since it'll be used to renovate the entire apartment. We learnt a painful lesson - to rent from more established/reviewed property agencies.
