Worst agency ever. we are a group of 4 italian girls who had negotiated and then payed the deposit for a house in hampstead area. the landlord kept changing her mind about our contract and trying to request all the benefits she could possibly have, including no break clause, then a higher payment than that agreed, then for us to pay 12 months upfront. we agreed to everything, she did not take the house off the market and negotiated with other clients behind our back, accepting a higher offer when we had already payed the deposit. We desperately and reluctantly offered more, as there were really few houses for 4, she accepted, sent us the contract, which we signed and resent to her. Still, the agency told us she had gone with another offer, even after we had signed the contract. We lost a week of research into other houses which were taken by other people, and were devastated by the whole experience. Incredibly dishonest and unprofessional behaviour.

Victorstone Property Consultants, which advertises it without even checking it (according to their agent Sophie Wilkins). Furthermore, they intentionally omitted crucial information about the place (i.e. floor and the fact that the building was under heavy construction).
