Letting agent reviews for Mann Countrywide, Catford

Abysmal. Had a leaking ceiling for the duration of the tenancy causing damp, water damage to the kitchen with the floor warping and a stinking sewage smell. Called and emailed the letting agent and landlord to get this fixed but this never happened. They then sent an email saying they were happy to renew the tenancy agreement for another 12 months if we were happy to. Politely refused stating all the issues we had with the property. Only 3 weeks before the property was back on the market did everything we'd been complaining about get fixed which is down right disgusting. Now having a nightmare trying to get our deposit back as the landlord thinks it's acceptable to charge us £450 for a professional cleaner. Not that when we moved in there was mould growing in the fridge and the place was covered in dog hair from the tenbents before us.
