Efficient with emails, contact, contracts and getting repairs done. Polite when visiting their office. However, did not check the property properly before we first moved in, classed unsatisfactory pieces of the house as 'good', did not note Black mould in rooms. The house was definitely not professionally cleaned. Also, they overcharged us in our deposit for petty things once we moved out. Took longer than expected to review and give back deposit.
