how is Letts Connect still even an agency?
awful communication, not a care in the world for their tenants and over change for everything with no urgency to help or fix anything.

Absolutely awful. Don't know how they're allowed to stay open. They would just let themselves into the house without warning. Home alone one day and got out the shower to have 3 grown men stood talking on the landing after having let themselves in. Constant occurrence of them letting themselves in without even knocking let alone a text. Never fixed anything and didn't care at all - made constant excuses.
